How can I add auto-reply email messages to my website's forms?

Now you can add an auto-reply email message that will be sent automatically every time you receive a form submission. 🥳 🎉
Auto-replies are automated email messages you create once and then are sent automatically to everyone who submits a specific form in your website. Each time a person submits a form, they will receive only one (1) auto-reply email message for each form submission.
Before you start:
- Add team@page-bird.com to your Contacts to make sure you receive all form submissions.
- Log-in to your Page Bird Platform account to:
- view your website's current forms
- add or remove the email addresses that get notified for each form submission
- read the last 1,000 submissions for each form, all listed and timestamped with full data for each input field of your form
- mark conversations as spam
- setup an Auto-Reply message for each form
How to setup auto-replies to your current forms:
1. Log-in to your Page Bird Platform account
2. Select your website
3. Click on the form you want to add an auto-reply
- Note that, if your form already has auto-reply enabled, the label "auto-reply" will appear in blue.
4. Select the tab title "Auto-Replies"
5. Next, click on the "ON/OFF" toggle button and set the auto-reply to "ON".
6. Edit the auto-reply email message and save your changes
- Add a subject line for the auto-reply message.
- Add text on the body/content section of the auto-reply message.
- Lastly, click the "Save Changes" button to update your auto-reply message for the form.
- At the moment, you can only create one (1) auto-reply message for each form.
Verify auto-reply message delivery status
Through your website's form submissions, you can verify if someone who submitted a form has seen or opened the auto-reply message:
- Go to your website on the Page Bird Platform
- Click on the form where you added an auto-reply message
- Click on the "Submissions" tab on the sub-navigation bar
- Select a form submission on the "Inbox" panel on the left
A message will appear on the right panel, on top of the form submission data, detailing the date and time when someone opened the auto-reply message

- How many auto-replies messages can I add to each form?
- You can add one (1) auto-reply message per each form.
- How many forms can I add to my website?
- The amount of forms you can add to your website is determined by your Page Bird subscription plan.
- Basic: up to 5 forms
- Business: up to 10 forms
- Enterprise: unlimited forms
- The amount of forms you can add to your website is determined by your Page Bird subscription plan.
- Will auto-reply messages be delivered to submissions received prior to turning on the feature for each form?
- Auto-reply messages will only be sent to those form submissions received after you turn on the feature for a specific form.
- Form submissions received before adding auto-replies will not receive this message.
- How many times will someone receive an auto-reply? Each time someone submits a form they will only receive the auto-reply email message once.
- How can I verify if someone received the auto-reply message?
- Go to your website on the Page Bird Platform Click on the form where you added an auto-reply message Click on the "Submissions" tab on the sub-navigation bar Select a form submission on the "Inbox" panel on the left
- A message will appear on the right panel, on top of the form submission information, detailing the date and time when someone opened the auto-reply message
