How can I provide feedback to the Page Bird team?

Requesting updates/sharing feedback on your website

Simple update requests can be sent via email to team@page-bird.com.

If there are many things you'd like to change, update or redesign on a given page on your website, the best way to provide feedback is by sharing a Google Docs file with our team@page-bird.com account. 

  • The file may contain images and screenshots with the specific aspects you would like us to update on your website. 
  • You can also add specific wording (copywriting) 
  • Or comment on the Google Doc file with your suggestions.

Making suggestions about improving Page Bird's service

The best way to help our team improve our web design and support services for you is by "rating" our team's replies.

Here's how it works:

  • Every time we reply to your email we ask you a simple question: How would you rate my reply?
  • By clicking "Great", "Okay", "Not Good" you provide a rating for that specific reply. 
  • This rating is then reflected on our help desk dashboard and is directly assigned to the team member who replied to your email.

When should you provide a rating for one of our team member's replies? 

  • Great. Every time one of our team members has replied promptly to solve a problem for you or whenever they went above and beyond to help you. 
  • OK. Every time one of our team members has provided what you needed but their replied could have been faster, kinder and more helpful. 
  • Not Good. Every time one of our team members could have done much better in providing you with what you need.
